For the Pre-Launch Runway weekly content, do I talk about the course and webinar, or just promote the freebie and wait to talk about the webinar once people are on my list?

During your four-week Pre-Launch Runway, your main focus is to attract and warm up your audience by sharing value-packed content and promoting your course-aligned freebie. You don’t need to talk directly about your course or webinar just yet. Instead, you can start to tease that something exciting is coming. A subtle mention here or there is fine, but the main goal is to build curiosity and momentum.

Each weekly blog, podcast episode, or video should help your audience overcome a small challenge or shift their mindset so they’ll be primed and ready to register for your webinar in week four. Think about where your audience is now, what they’re struggling with, and how you can serve them in a way that naturally leads into your webinar topic.
