What is the best time of day to schedule Live webinars?

The best time really depends on your audience, but I’ll share what has worked well for me. My most attended webinars are typically at 10 am PT. That’s been a strong time slot across multiple launches, so I almost always schedule at least one webinar during that window. I also offer a second session later in the day to give more people a chance to attend Live.

I recommend experimenting with different times to see what works for your audience. If your ideal customer is a stay-at-home parent, their schedule might be more flexible in the late morning or early afternoon. If they work a traditional 9 to 5, evenings or weekends might perform better. Marie Forleo, for example, has done weekend webinars for B-School with great success.

Start with what makes sense for your audience and your schedule, then adjust based on your attendance and engagement. Keep testing until you find your sweet spot.
