How long after a Workshop Course launch should I wait before launching my full digital course?

I typically recommend leaving about 2 to 3 months between big launch offers. That gives your audience time to implement what they learned in your Workshop Course and get results, which builds trust and primes them for your next offer. But the right timeline really depends on your audience and how your offers complement each other.

If your full course is the next logical step and your students are ready, you can absolutely offer it sooner. I’ve seen students transition directly from their Workshop Course into a full course launch with success. Some even invite students to enroll during the Q&A portion of their Live workshop by saying something like, “If you’re ready to go deeper with this, my full course is the next step.”

Just be sure you’re not rushing. Ask yourself if your audience has had enough time to see progress and if you’ve given them enough support to build trust and momentum.

Also, make space in your calendar to serve. The most successful launches I’ve had are the ones where I showed up consistently with free, valuable content in the weeks leading up to the promo. It’s what builds the relationship and makes your audience eager to take the next step with you.
