What do I do if my course solves a problem that is time-sensitive, like for pregnant women, but I won’t be launching until after their window of need has passed?

When your ICA has a time-sensitive need, it can be tempting to skip straight to an evergreen course. But I still recommend doing at least one Live launch first. In fact, I usually suggest two or three, but in this case, one solid Live launch can give you the momentum and insight you need to move faster into evergreen.

The truth is, you may miss the window for a few ideal customers in your first round. But that is OK. You can still use their input, questions, and feedback to shape and refine your course so that it is even more powerful for the next group of students in that same situation.

Launching Live gives you something evergreen cannot: real-time interaction. You get to hear directly from your audience, learn what resonates, answer objections, and improve both your course and your marketing as you go. That kind of feedback is gold when you are preparing for an evergreen funnel.

So even with a time-sensitive audience, resist the urge to rush. Do a Live launch first, pay close attention to what your ICA says and needs, and then transition into evergreen with a much stronger and more effective course.
