How is a digital course structured differently than an in-person program, and what should I adjust when transitioning my content online?

When you're transitioning an in-person program to a digital course, the biggest shift is how you deliver the content. In person, you can gauge your students' reactions in real time and adjust on the fly. With a digital course, you have to anticipate where they might get stuck and guide them through with clear, step-by-step instruction.

You'll likely need to simplify your lessons, break down your content into shorter videos, and provide more support materials like worksheets or checklists to help them implement what you’re teaching. You also want to make sure you're keeping them engaged without being physically present, which might mean more interaction through a community, office hours, or weekly emails.
