When promoting a Live webinar via email, is it better to list the date and time in the email, or have them click through to the registration page for those details?

This really comes down to personal preference and what feels right for your audience. That said, it’s often helpful to include the date and time options directly in the body of your email. Giving this information upfront can remove one layer of friction and make it easier for your audience to decide if they want to attend, especially if your goal is to get them to take action quickly.

At the same time, you should absolutely include multiple links to your registration page within the email, since that's the ultimate action you want them to take. A combination of both strategies is typically most effective: highlight the timing so your reader can self-select easily, and then drive them to the registration page with compelling copy and a clear call to action.
