How do Demio and Zoom compare to each other when it comes to Live webinars?
Demio and Zoom both work well for Live webinars, but they offer different strengths depending on your goals and how you want to engage with your audience.
Zoom is great for simple, straightforward webinars where your focus is on delivering content and potentially having two-way interaction with participants. It's familiar to most people, and it works well if you plan to invite attendees to unmute, turn on their camera, or have more of a group call feel. However, Zoom’s branding options are limited and the experience can feel more like a meeting than a polished webinar.
Demio, on the other hand, was built specifically for webinars and offers a cleaner interface for attendees, stronger branding customization, automated engagement tools (like polls and handouts), and more control over the webinar experience. It also lets you run automated webinars, which is why I feature it in my evergreen webinar trainings inside DCA.
