Once we wrap up our first launch, what do we do?
What you do after your launch is just as important, if not more important, than what you do during your launch. This is the time to build momentum for your next round. Start by showing up consistently for your audience. Keep doing weekly content like Facebook Lives, podcast episodes, blog posts, or emails. Be present, be helpful, and keep building that relationship. Your audience is paying attention and gaining value from what you’re teaching, even between launches, and when you open the doors again, they’ll be warmed up and ready to go.
In terms of your to-dos, make sure to check out The Post-Launch Checklist in Module 7, Lesson 7 of Your Ready to Launch Digital Course Track. It will walk you through how to properly close out your Live launch and prepare for the next one.
And if your first launch didn’t go as planned or didn’t meet your expectations, head to the Live Launch Troubleshooting Guide in the DCA Resources & Tech Library for practical next steps and strategies to turn lessons learned into future success. Every launch teaches you something that helps you grow and improve the next time around.
