When you launch for the second time, do you do everything exactly the same?
No, and it shouldn’t be. I always look at my second launch (and every launch after that) as an opportunity to improve. After every Live launch, my team and I do a full debrief to talk through what worked well and what didn’t. We look at the numbers, talk about the content, revisit the offer, and review feedback from our audience. Then we set goals to do better next time, and we always aim to evolve and grow.
That doesn’t mean you need to overhaul your entire launch. In fact, I recommend focusing on just a few key areas to improve each time. Maybe your webinar content needs a refresh, or you want to test different sales page copy, or perhaps your email sequence could use stronger subject lines or calls to action. Small tweaks can lead to big results.
I use The Launch Revenue Formula Worksheet in Module 5, Lesson 2 of Your Ready to Launch Digital Course Track to guide my post-launch reflection. If your launch didn’t go as planned, be sure to check out The Live Launch Troubleshooting Checklist in the DCA Resources & Tech Library. It’s packed with insights to help you course correct for next time.
Remember, each launch is a chance to learn, grow, and better serve your audience. Aim to make progress, not perfection.
