How do you handle people who watched the evergreen webinar, missed the bonus deadline, and ask if they can still get the bonuses?
This really comes down to how you want to run your business, but here’s what I do. If someone reaches out and genuinely expresses interest after the bonus deadline has passed, I usually say yes and grant them access. I appreciate that they took the time to reach out, and I want to reward that kind of engagement and desire to take action.
That said, I’m more flexible with evergreen offers than I am with Live launches. In a Live launch, the deadlines are part of the momentum and experience, and I stick to them closely. But with evergreen, you have more room to make the decision that feels best for you and your customers. You get to set the tone for what kind of boundaries you want in your evergreen business.
